Our Model

originations as a part of their service offering. This model recognizes the
consumers' desire for a streamlined approach to home buying and offers them a
one-stop shopping experience. It also allows the Real Estate Agent the opportunity
to qualify and approve their client for a loan prior to finding a home, so the
home buyer can shop for their new home with peace of mind, knowing they are

Endorsements
L&G Mortgagebanc is the preferred lender for the National Association of
Mortgage Counselors (NAMC). We are currently the only mortgage company in the
United States authorized by the NAMC to deliver the Certified Realty &
Mortgage Counselor designation course. The CRMC designation is the premiere
credential for real estate agents who offer mortgage origination services.
